Fair Work First is the Scottish Government’s vision for Scotland will have a world-leading working life where fair work drives success, wellbeing and prosperity for individuals, businesses, organisations and for society.

Our Commitment
At Cygnas Solutions we are committed to the Scottish Government’s vision for Fair Work in Scotland, and for all the members of the Cygnas team. Particular emphasis is placed upon the five dimensions of Fair Work as set out by the Fair Work Convention. These are: Effective Voice: Providing a safe environment where workers’ views are sought out, listened to and can make a difference

Opportunity: Promoting access to work and opportunities for staff to progress within employment
Security: Providing security of employment, work and income

Fulfilment: Developing/maintaining a fulfilling work environment

Respect: Respecting staff and recognising their standing and personal worth
